🚓 Bossier PD Nearly Fully Staffed!

Big news for our community’s safety—Bossier City Police Department is now 99% staffed! Thanks to the incredible recruiting efforts of Officer Kenny Gallon and Officer Lisa Roberts, not only are we nearly full, but there's a strong pool of future candidates ready. Mayor Chandler and Chief Haugen have made public safety a top priority, and it shows. A safer city means stronger neighborhoods, and we’re all better for it. 👏

🏓 Coming Soon: The Picklr at Louisiana Boardwalk

Get ready to serve up some fun! The Picklr, a national indoor pickleball franchise backed by Drew Brees, is setting up shop in the former Nike space at Louisiana Boardwalk. The 40,000 sq ft facility will feature 10 courts, pro shop, leagues, clinics, and private event space- open daily from 6 AM-11 PM. While the official opening date is TBA, this is a major boost for Boardwalk’s revitalization efforts.
