☀️SBC! I recently spoke at an event about Finding Your Purpose Through Service, and during the Q&A someone asked me, “How can we help support you?” It honestly stumped for a second. I usually consume my time with making sure you all are getting relevant information for the week, BUT I thought of something!

Save the date! On Saturday, July 11, No Ceilings CrossFit will host a special memorial workout honoring the eight lives lost in the recent B-52 crash at Edwards Air Force Base. Community workouts will be held at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., and everyone is invited to come together in remembrance and support.

No Ceilings CrossFit is a locally owned gym offering fundamental training for all fitness levels, kids’ classes, and specialty events throughout the month that bring the community together. Follow for upcoming events, fitness opportunities, and ways to get involved.

A self-taught 12-year-old pianist, Malachi Carraway is quickly becoming one of Shreveport's brightest young talents. ⚾ The Shreveport Americans 6U All-Stars are District 4 Champions! The team went undefeated and battled their way to a championship win over Ruston Americans. Next up: the Louisiana State Tournament in Metairie, July 9–12. Good luck, boys—keep making Shreveport proud!
